The Meadows of Hopkinton, Inc.
The Meadows is a family owned and operated mobile home park in Contoocook, New Hampshire. The park is located on Route 103/Park Avenue. It is easy to access from Route 89, exit 6 or 7. Route 89 can be driven to within ten minutes, and the Contoocook Village is only minutes away. The park is home to seventy mobile homes, double wide and a few single wide homes.
Deer Meadow MHP, LLC
Deer Meadow is the second mobile home park owned and operated by the Price family in Contoocook, New Hampshire. The park is located off of East Penacook Road, on the Concord border. It is easy access to Fisherville Road and Concord Hospital. The Contoocook and Hopkinton Villages are ten minutes away. The park is home to sixty modular homes, all double wide, many with attached garages. This park began development in 1998 and all of the homes have large open lots (125’x125′).
