Following the accepted Purchase and Sales Agreement, contact Stacey Price at 603-746-3600 for an appointment to begin the process of park approval. You are welcome to print and complete the application below. The application gives permission for Stacey to review your current credit report and background/criminal check. There is a $40 fee per applicant for this service.

- a copy of the Purchase and Sales Agreement
- a valid identification
- a recent paycheck stub
- a current bank statement
- other documents showing proof of savings or income
