Do you use both bathrooms?

A resident of The Meadows called with an issue…little bugs were appearing from nowhere. Not fruit flies, not those pesky deer fly’s, just weird little bugs!

The issue was there are two bathrooms in the house, but only one is used regularly. The second bathroom sits waiting for a visitor. This allows the pipes in the shower and sink to dry out, allowing the space for little bugs to fly up through the dry drain. I don’t know the technical terms, but you get the idea.

Solution: Every few weeks, run the sink and shower for a minute to allow the water to keep the “catch” space wet so the little bugs can’t pass through!
